Cycling week 29 in review (mmxxii)

Monday morning at Lake Orta went for a 3 mile run through the town Orta San Guilio. After dove in the lake for a cooldown.

Later that day we drove to Schlanders in Sud Tirol, Italy, which is close to the Stelvio. The next day I did a 63 mile ride up the Stelvio (15 mile with 6000 feet of climbing).

The next day took a day off and we drove to the Agensee in Austria. We spend about 4 hours in a spa swimming and relaxing in the Sauna.

The next day we did a 11 mile ride along the Agensee before driving to our daughter Florence in Werfenweng.

Friday Paula, Florence, Seppi and I did a short hike around the Jagersee.

The next day Seppi and I did a 26 mile to Sankt Johann. After some coffee we rode back towards Werfenweng and finished with a 1.8 mile climb with 839 ft of elevation.

Sunday I rode a 40 mile ride one way to our lunch in Wals. This descended along the river towards Salzburg.
