Delicious creamy rolled oats, great pre-bike ride breakfast.

Ingredients for a 2 person serving:

  • 1 cup of rolled Oats (not quick oats)
  • 1/4 cup of Raisins
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of Water
  • 1/2 cup of Milk.
  • pinch of Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients in cooking pan.
  • Bring to a boil
  • Let simmer for 20 mins (no bubbles), stir occasionally
  • Ready to serve.
  • Like to jazz it up with a fruit / maple syrup mix, some yoghurt and granola
