After a big week prior, I took it easier this week. We started with a pickleball session on Monday.

Tuesday, I took a short ride to the CSA to pick up some desperately needed milk. We had tried a few times before but came back empty-handed. Today success!!
The following day Paula and I went for my regular run loop. Paula cut it a little shorter, and we almost finished together. I ran the 2.7 miles in just over 30 minutes.

With it being August, it means NCC started up the Cyclocross training series every Wednesday through the CX season. We had six riders showing, David tweaked the course a little, and we did four laps.

When I returned to Conway, Paula was still at the pickleball court, and joined her for the last 30 minutes.

We played another pickleball session on Thursday. I did nothing on Friday but played another pickleball session on Saturday.

Sunday, I went for a 24-mile ride focusing on endurance and keeping the power output between 150 and 200 watts. First headed down to West Whately and then back via Whately to Conway. The legs felt great after the ride.
