Cycling Week 13 - Orange county With the travel to Orange county only biked 14 miles. Played pickleball twice, and walked more than 8 miles. TSS was 171.
Cycling Week 11 - Aruba III Went snorkeling once, in Aruba played 1 pickleball session, and did 1 mountain bike ride. Back in Conway, I rode twice and did 2 pickleball sessions. TSS of 370.
Cycling Week 10 - Aruba II 6 pickleball sessions, 2 snorkel adventures, 2 mountain bike rides and 1 windsurf session. TSS 500.
Cycling Week 9 - Aruba This week played 4 pickleball sessions, Snorkeled 3 times, windsurfed once, and did 3 walks. TSS of 343.
Cycling Week 6 - Holland Did 2 runs, 2 walks, 1 pickleball session, and 3 rides, of which 2 outdoors. A total TSS of 447.
Cycling Week 5 - Czechia Traveling to the CX Worlds in Czechia, hence only 1 indoor bike race and pickleball session. Did walk almost 30 miles and did one 2-mile run. TSS of 581

Cycling Week 43 - Treehouse CX flyover Did 2 hikes in Utah, Rode in Conway and pre-rode the Treehouse CX course before travel to Holland. TSS was 78.
